From Lodge to Mountain Modern – As times change in Steamboat Springs, Olivia has maintained ONE FOCUS: creating a warm, simple, cozy Steamboat feel for her clients’ homes. Each timeless creation is unique, blending old and new with personal touches from our community. After 27 years of doing business in Steamboat, Olivia’s style is reflected in her store, as well as in local residences, restaurants and commercial properties.

Experience: Olivia’s career began over 40 years ago, designing furniture for her mother’s store in Atlanta, Georgia. She opened Olivia’s Furnishing and Design Studio in 1997.

Business Model: Keeping up with design changes while being an intricate part of the community and leading a great team.

Style: Steamboat Cozy and Livable. Making clients’ visions come true, while respecting their budgets; creating clean lines and incorporating texture.

About: Olivia enjoys watching owners walk into their newly designed homes  for the first time. She also enjoys horseback riding with her husband.
