Interior Design

Today's high country homes are a palette of vintage architectural design elements  - open floor plans, sustainable materials, exposed craftsmanship - that together with sophisticated contemporary interiors, breathe new life into the modern mountain home. In keeping with these hybrid style trends, Olivia's has evolved a more traditional style into one that blends modern city-chic with rustic mountain luxe... and the results are stunning.
design styles
Minimalist
Minimalist does not have to be cold and stark, it can be warm and clean. It is sometimes confused with modern, but fits in any structural space.
Contemporary
Contemporary design involves current trends and lends itself to architecture that has clean lines and angles. Contemporary, as the name suggests adapts over time.
Traditional
Almost every design can be attributed as traditional, because all design comes from ideas dating back many decades. Traditional typically involves nuances of personality of the home owner.
Rustic
Inspired by the outdoors, rustic design has weathered finishes, hints of the farmhouse and lots of raw wood and leather. Spice it up unexpected touches of modern for a truly unique home.
Industrial
Related to urban design, industrial brings metal, reclaimed machinery, raw woods and neutral colors together for a masculine vibe with a selective splash of color prominently placed.
Eclectic
Bold color palettes, bold furnishings and, yes strange furniture finds that keep the color theme. Eclectic is not a miss-matched grouping but a well planned high-energy environment.
Modern Country
Rugged and organic, yet clean and designed with lines and crisp accents. Throw a calfskin rug into a modern arrangement for a quick Modern country mash up or add farmhouse tins into a kitchen.
Art Deco
1920s design seems like a throwback to the days of glamor and opulence, but can give any living space an inventive and retro look, and save on furnishings by searching the strangest finds.
Feng Shui
Think of your home as a harmony in balance and flow. Create a sense of tranquility in your life with soft edges, open spaces and lack of clutter.
Bohemian
The opposite of Feng Shui, Bohemian brings together over-the-top architecture and an excess of ornamentation with a mix of unapologetically curated exotic finds and antiques in a space that has something to look at in every direction.
Costal
Bright tans, whites and ocean inspired blues make a home full of light and remind the occupants of a beachside stroll. Relax, its vacation time.
Mix and Match
Choose one style for your home or many. What we do is make it yours in every way. You may want a splash of your own personality, or a solution for a unique couch that you can not get rid of. We can help you make it happen.
